  • Job Title: Cost Estimator

    Job Description: Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, & other documentation to prepare time, cost & labor estimates, & bid proposals for construction projects (such as hospitals, schools, train stations, etc.). Apply knowledge of engineering principles & construction techniques; review data to determine material & labor requirements; compute cost factors; prepare estimates used to plan, organize, schedule work, & determine cost effectiveness; & develop & establish standard & related cost data. Calculate manpower loading.

    Job Title: Senior Accountant (MBS Product Manager)

    Job Description: Daily review and analysis of income and expenses generated by MBS and all other investments; review and clearing of all open items; ability to use automated reports with MBS system and Bloomberg. Ability to develop complex spreadsheets. Responsible for preparing multiple reports for regulatory filing in an automated environment. Ability to explain to other accounting personnel product information.

    Salary: 60k-84k

    Requirements: BA/BS in accounting or Finance. Five (5) years with Mortgage-backed securities back-office functions with strong knowledge of MBS and processing systems. Professional, technical, interpersonal, communication and computer skills. Significant experience in the back-office maintenance and accounting of fixed and structured financial instruments; experience and interest with systems and technologies that account process such securities. 10K and 10Q experience required.

    Job Title: Credit Officer

    Job Description: Manage the daily activities of Credit Services Dept., including Credit Services Desk and Credit Services Representatives. Ensure all customer transactions [advances, term deposits, member swaps, capital stock] are complete and accurate from a Credit and Operations perspective. Coordinates the granting of customer credit within Bank products and services. Ensure supporting advance process are accurate and complete including advance puts and calls, prepayments, daily reconciliations, and maintenance of trades in Opics. Responsible for review and approval of HLB membership applications, regulatory reporting, and reporting of membership to BOD, Sr. Mgt, and regulators.

    Salary: 100k

    Requirements: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Management required. MBA preferred. Professional experience in lieu of degree is not acceptable. External courses in project management, records retention, general accounting, bank operations and operational risk control. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required. Customer service and management experience within a financial institution environment, and an ability to multi-task with an acute attention to detail. Minimum of 6-8 years supervisory / managerial experience within a bank operations environment, responsible for records management, operational risk controls, and bank operations.

    Job Title: HR Coordinator

    Job Description: Provide analytical, technical and administrative support for the Human Resources Division. Assist in the development and implementation of programs and strategies, particularly in the areas of Human Resources Policies, Legal / Regulatory Risk, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employment matters and Organizational Development. Responsible for generating and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports. Must serve as a backup to payroll and HRIS.

    Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to develop complex spreadsheets. Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint - Pivot Tables, VLookup, Formulas.

    Job Title: HRIS Specialist

    Job Description: Test and implement new versions and fixes to the HR software based on the Bank's standard test plans. Manage, monitor, and support the daily operation of the HR database. Function as project manager for all system upgrades. Manage day-to-day and year-end operations of the HRIS. Manage all user ID's, access permissions, and other security components on HR servers and applications. Provide ad hoc and periodic reports to users, auditors, and examiners showing user data access and transaction privileges. Process payroll periodically (2-4 times a year) in the absence of HR Assistant / Payroll.
    Salary: 60k-75k

    Requirements: BA/BS in CIS. HRIS expertise required. Demonstrated Security Administration knowledge for all HR related applications and systems used at the Bank. Query reports with technical / systems experience. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments required.

    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Function: Communicate and maintain a customer - business environment based on the highest level of integrity, transparency, and fair-dealing. Provide direction to Sales Division's efforts to use existing tools and develop new capacity in a timely manner to identify, analyze, and manage the risks to achieve the Bank's sales objectives flowing from strategic principles articulated by Board of Directors. Increase use of Bank's Credit Products, Acquired Member Assets Programs, Community Investment Programs and Correspondent Services. Define, implement, and measure sales tactics to support the Bank's strategies, including but not limited to: Account coverage, Member segmentation, Product development and Line of business strategies.

    Salary: 100k-120k plus Bonus

    Requirements: MBA in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Minimum of 6-10 years in banking, capital markets or financial services industry, with an emphasis on sales to institutional customers, presentations, managerial, technical, operations and administrative experience. Excellent organization, follow-up and managerial skills as well as strong presentation, speaking and sales skills; research, analytical and writing skills; customer relationship management.

    Job Title: Community Lending Analyst

    Job Description: Analysis and evaluation of CLP applications from customer institutions including determination of eligibility and preparation of written summaries. Provide technical assistance on the Bank's housing and community development programs to member banks and other interested parties. Perform CLP project site visits, as needed. Manage the CLP commitment process, including extension approvals and cancellations. Manage the internal and external reporting requirements for the CLPs, uncluding reconciliations, requests for data, statistical. Make presentations to member banks and other interested parties regarding the Bank's Community Lending Programs.

    Requirements: Bachelors Degree in business or liberal arts is required with a concentration in finance, public administration, real estate, urban planning or a related field preferred. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills, effective communication skills (both written and oral), confident decision making skills. Must be a team player. Minimum of three (3) years experience in real estate or community development or related work is required. Experience in working with public and private housing and community development programs is preferred.
